I must say we had a great experience with this company. All work was excellent. The workers that came to the house were polite and worked hard and didn't waste any time. Our floor is just beautiful and I couldn't tell where the boards that were replaced outside. Like new.
Despite some time set backs due to the massive amount of needy Carr and Camp fire survivors this company did a great job. Their staff is professional friendly and courteous. The Owners are the best! They took good care of us. I recommend them
I highly recommend Cronic Disaster Restoration and Construction. After our dishwasher leaked last fall, we were left with a wet, damaged floor and kitchen cabinets. This was our first time opening a claim with our homeowner’s insurance and they helped make the entire process easy and as stress free as possible. If I had any questions, they were quick to return my call. The construction crew was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They took extra care to help minimize the disruption of having a kitchen torn up while still being used. They were very friendly and took the time to talk things through with me. Have a disaster? Matt is the person to request on YOUR job. He worked on my house after a devastating flood in my kitchen/bathroom and wall in between. He is very professional, skilled, and extremely meticulous about the job he performed. The walls look brand new, the floor is fabulous, but the attention to detail, was what stood out the most. Matt is awesome and easy to work with. He shared his knowledge and never left a mess. He cleaned as he worked and all the work he did was perfect. He also worked above my expectations.
Matt had a helper to move furniture. I believe his name was Neil. They took great care of the brand new floors when moving the appliances back into the kitchen. They made sure the water line to the refrigerator was not leaking and the gas line to the stove was tight.

In December of 2018 a tree fell into my house. Huge hole in the roof and insulation EVERYWHERE. My insurance recommended Cronic for the repairs. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating for the first 3 months. But once we finally got a few day of nice weather, Ryan stepped in and took over all matters of the repairs. I can't say enough about how thankful I am for Ryan. He got things moving fast and he didn't stop until the very last day all the repairs were done. Chronic Disaster was such a pleasure to work with on my water damaged ceiling that took place on 5-17-19. Their office and field rep Joseph were so professional and very knowledgeable and diagnosed the leak very quickly. We have AAA insurance who contracts with Cronic and now I see why. I would recommend Cronic and Joseph on any damages to your home.

My home recently suffered extensive water damage throughout most of the house. The floors had to be torn up and dried out. Then new flooring and carpeting. It took quite a while to complete but I was totally satisfied with the finished job. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful, there were a couple of items I needed finishing and it was done swiftly and without question. The men working on the entire project showed skill and efficiency. I would have no problem recommending them at any time. In fact when they had finished I called upon them to complete a smaller project, and again it was taken care of immediately. Good work Cronic!!
